another "before" picture




















just came across this....
ewww!
I think this was July of 2008 but could have been 2007.....
at any rate, I NEVER WANT TO LOOK LIKE THIS AGAIN!!!!!

Now, it is a lovely photo...but I love the sparkle and life in your more recent photos...funny how weight loss results in a wonderful glow and sparkle!!!

Photos sure help you see how far you have come, put everthing into perspective and motivate you to stay on course.

Yes, photos work wonders!
I was with some friends and family over the weekend and happened to be scrolling through the pictures I had taken on my camera that day, the person who was watching me do this could not believe the # of photos that I took of myself.... granted there were quite a few, but hey, I have hardly any pre-weight loss photos of myself because I didn't ike the way I looked.
I LOVE to take picures now, you could call me concieted I guess, but whatever! am very proud of my stellar accomplishment!
